Summer Fun

I love summertime, especially now that I have kids! It's so fun to take them swimming. Alexis pretends she is the "Little Mermaid" and is really doing well in the water. Tommy is not quite sure if he likes it or not, but I think he is warming up! Happy swimming everyone!

Here we go again!

About a week ago I started Tommy on rice cereal. He loved it! It was a little hard to get in his mouth because of his tongue constantly sticking out! He was born with it sticking out, sleeps with it sticking out, and is constanty wet because it is always sticking out! Anyway, I was so excited that it went fairly well until he developed a rash all over his chin and tummy. Since Alexis has horrible food allergies I thought "here we go again!" I'm not sure if he is allergic or just has sensitive skin. I hope it's the latter because I have had such a difficult time with Alexis' allergies. Well, please pray, knock-on-wood, and cross your fingers for me!

Happy Father's Day!

My internet has not been working for two weeks so this is a belated "Happy Father's Day" to Nate. Who would have thought that the man who was afraid of babies would grow to become such a wonderful father. So, thank you Nate for being the man and father you are. I appreciate all that you do for our family. I love you!

So here are some of the latest pictures of Alexis and Tommy. Lately Alexis has been riding her bike and is constantly running around in her "gobbles." She and Tommy love hanging out together. Alexis has become a wonderful big sister, and calls Tommy her "best Buddy!"
